ENJOY AFRICAN / CARRIBEAN FOOD MADE WITH AUTHENTIC INGREDIENTS FROM THE MOTHERLAND



The 6th Annual AFRICANFEST-NYC scheduled for August 27th and 28th, 2022 is on the right track for the highest attendance in the history of the festival for series of reasons which includes


(1) change of location.

(2) The new venue is a walking distance from the Staten Island Ferry.

(3) Tompkinsville Park subway stop is across the street from the location.

(4) After surviving COVID-19 pandemic, people are eagerly looking forward to outdoor festival etc.


Food Vending opportunity will be available and vendors are encouraged to apply as soon as application is open on May 1st. To maximize your profit, no more than 2 or 3 Food Vendors will be allowed.


African culture will be showcased through music with local and international African musicians and dancers, African cuisine, Arts & Crafts, activities for children, and much more.

GOOD NEWS: Early Bird Discount - The VENDING FEE for food vendors is $80 per day or $150 for the 2 days if paid before 6/30/2022.


Regular price of $85 per day or $170 for the 2 days will apply effective 7/1/2022. Application deadline is 8/15/22


For vendors to be considered, please read the RULES & REGULATIONS and complete the APPLICATION


NOTE: NYC Health Department FOOD PREPARATION LICENSE is a requirement for all food vendors

Very embarrassed to say because I'm African and I usually cook this stuffs. Truth be told, mine never look or taste that good. I hope you guys have the same food vendors this year...............I'm coming not only for the music and networking, but the food also. Tell the owner of Aunt Yvette's Food Kitchen to be ready for me...............................
